Order Processing

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and pack your order. We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer several shipping options for our customers within the United States. Please note that due to our use of different fulfillment partners, your items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

  • Standard Economy Shipping:

      • Orders $125.00 and up: FREE

      • Orders up to $124.00: $8.99

  • Partner Economy Shipping (for select items):

    • Delivery Time: 5-8 Business Days

    • Cost: $4.99

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to over 90 countries.

  • Economy International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7-14 Business Days

    • Cost:

      • Orders $125.00 and up: FREE

      • Orders up to $124.99: $8.99

  • Express Shipping (DHL & USPS):

    • For faster delivery, we also offer carrier-calculated rates from DHL Express and USPS at checkout. Transit times will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees. Avantaras is not responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
